Support groups are a place that offers connection and healing in community with others. They can offer healthy coping strategies, new perspectives, and improved self-awareness. While reducing anxiety and depression, we create a community around shared experiences. In Mind Body Therapy groups, you can experience therapeutic support from a licensed clinician in a group setting that supports growth. Groups are limited to 4-6 individuals and meet weekly.
Support groups meet throughout the year and generally meet for 6 weeks; times and dates vary. See offerings for more details.
