Support Groups

Support groups are a place that offers connection and healing in community with others. They can offer healthy coping strategies, new perspectives, and improved self-awareness. While reducing anxiety and depression, we create a community around shared experiences. In Mind Body Therapy groups, you can experience therapeutic support from a licensed clinician in a group setting that supports growth. Groups are limited to 4-6 individuals and meet weekly.

Support groups meet throughout the year and generally meet for 6 weeks; times and dates vary. See offerings for more details.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual therapy based on your unique needs and experiences. I'm interested in the emotions you are experiencing. During a time of meeting together privately, we can discuss your journey. I can offer evidence-based practices to assist you in evaluating and working through difficult emotions. I can provide suggestions for mood regulation and coping strategies. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space with the intent that you will feel safe and comfortable with sharing your past, present, and future.
