
Menopause Coping and Resilience: Midlife Support Group is a supportive small group (limited to 6 participants) that meets for 6 weeks and is designed to help individuals navigate the physical, emotional, and life transitions that can come with menopause and midlife. Through guided conversation, education, and practical tools and techniques, participants can share experiences, build resilience, and gain support for their overall health, confidence, and well-being during this stage of life.
